How do I calculate the cost of delivery?
The shopping cart will calculate the actual costs of postage based on the final cart weight and provides you with courier options on price and timescales for the freight, based on your postcode. You may also check the freight costs on each of the product detail pages (select More Info). Should you decide to modify your order, you may either add or remove items here and again select your postcode to provide you with a freight cost. Prior to going to the shopping cart, you may also use our Shipping Calculator (on the right hand side on each of our product pages), which will give you the current cheapest rates based on that particular product's weight and postcode.
Easy and convenient, enjoy free shipping on orders over $90 (shipping for orders under $90 is calculated on the postcode and weight), after any discounts are applied. The free shipping option is not applicable to wholesale customers and does not include bulk Xylitol orders (20Kg, 25Kg and OREBA). Delivery is by Standard Courier or Australia Post only.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
The time taken to deliver your order depends on your location and the freight option you have selected. Please remember that at certain times of the year (e.g. Christmas, Easter etc) these times may be extended. We generally ship the next business day after receipt of your order (except where a direct deposit or a PayPal echeque is involved) and you will receive a notification email when it has been shipped. Orders received before 10am (Queensland time) will generally be shipped on the same day.

Why do I have to give you a place to leave if I am not home?
This is most important! We know that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible and there is nothing as frustrating as having a courier leave a card for you to contact them to get your order redelivered on another day when you are available. We therefore ask that you provide us with a suitable location for it to be left, if you are not there to receive it. You may, however, have it carded. The shopping cart will not process your order until you provide us instructions. Please note that only Australia Post can redirect your order to a Post Office box.
Can I send to a Post Office Box?
Yes. You must select Australia Post as the courier, as these are they are the only one able to deliver to a Post Office. The maximum weight for delivery by Australia Post is 22Kgs.
How do I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of the progress of your order by logging into your account on our website and looking at your "My Account >My Orders". The status is updated once a day. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched & this will contain tracking details of your delivery. PLEASE NOTE: The tracking information is provided to us by the respective carriers from their own systems & the carrier may take a day or two to update that information.Should you be worried as to where you order is, please use the Order Status Enquiry form on our Contact Us page and we will find out for you. Remember though that if you have nominated a Post Office as an alternate address it may have been delivered there.
Why are shipping costs so high?
It is an unfortunate fact of life now that transport costs are going to remain high. A lot of this has to do with fuel costs, which affect us all. We have sourced the most cost effective couriers we can as we know that these costs are a major deterrent to purchasing. However, please remember that we have also considered the cost of shipping into our product cost so you will be able to purchase from us at always less than what you would buy the same product for in the shop.
We do offer free shipping for orders over $90 (excluding bulk products), which is calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
Why cant I pick up from your warehouse?
Naturally Sweet Products are distributors and do not have a retail shopfront. We also commit to our wholesalers that we will not compete with them on pricing. Therefore our website pricing already takes into account the cost of freight and we can only send it as freight inclusive price.
Minimum order amount.
It costs us quite a bit to pick & pack each order. To attempt to cover some of that cost, we do have a min order amount for retail customers of $12. Should your order be below that amount, a message will appear in the cart indicating this & not allowing you to go to the checkout. We trust that you understand the need for this.
