How do I calculate the cost of delivery?
We've made it very simple to understand the cost of shipping associated with your order. For all orders less than $90 (after applicable discounts) the cost of shipping is $8.95. This is for standard shipping via either courier or Australia Post. For Wholesale customers, or if you require Express Service, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout as the actual cost of postage based on the final cart weight and delivery address.

Easy and convenient, enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $90 (after applicable discounts). The free shipping option is not applicable to Wholesale customers and does not include bulk orders. Bulk orders are those for which the total weight of products being purchased is equal to, or greater than 10Kg.  Delivery is by Standard Courier or Australia Post only.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
NOTE - At present there are siginficant delays for all carriers. The table below provides an indication (in business days) of standard delivery transit times. Current times are significantly longer. The time taken to deliver your order depends on your location and the freight option you have selected. Please remember that at certain times of the year (e.g. Christmas, Easter etc) these times may be extended. We generally ship the next business day after receipt of your order (except where a direct deposit or a PayPal eCheque is involved) and you will receive a notification email when it has been shipped. Orders received before 12pm (Queensland time) will generally be shipped on the same day.

Why do I have to give you a place to leave if I am not home?
This is most important! We know that you want to receive your order as quickly as possible and there is nothing more frustrating than having a courier leave a card for you to contact them to get your order redelivered on another day when you are available. We therefore ask that you provide us with a suitable location for your order to be left if you are not there to receive it. You may, however, have it carded. Please note that only Australia Post can redirect your order to a Post Office box.

Can I send to a Post Office Box?
Yes. The maximum weight for delivery by Australia Post is 22Kgs.

How do I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of the progress of your order by logging into your account on our website and looking at your "My Account >My Orders". The status is updated once a day. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched & this will contain tracking details for your delivery. PLEASE NOTE: The tracking information is provided to us by the respective carriers from their own systems & the carrier may take a day or two to update that information.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes, pick-up is available. Please make sure to select Pick-Up (Click and Collect) as your shipping method at checkout.
