I suffer from manic depression and anxiety. My mood is heavily impacted by food, particularly the amount of sugar in it. I've been trying to cut sugar for quite some time but I've just not been able to take my coffee without some. I can't stand the synthetic taste of artificial sweeteners, especially the after taste.
