I am very sensitive to artificial sweeteners. I can taste that they have been added to drinks and foods a mile away. I have tried the natural alternatives like Stevia and still can't take to the aftertaste. I bought this product as another attempt to try and find something as a substitute for sugar. I wasn't optimistic but thought I would give it a go. What a surprise! It has the same look and consistency as white sugar and no bitter aftertaste. You need a little more than a normal teaspoon of sugar to get the same sweetness, but it does the trick! I have had no issues at all with using it. Can't believe how much this tastes like sugar, yet no blood sugar spikes and no nasty aftertaste. Bought the 2.5kg bag after buying this one cos I love it so much!
