By far the best tasting natural sweetener! I use in baking for my family's sugar tree lifestyle. Tastes sweet with no bitterness. The 2.5kg pack is great value. I wish the seal was a bit stronger, so that it could be resealed properly, but other than that can't fault it. Have purchased many times and gotten family onto it as well. Thank you! I started with smaller packs and moved up to the 2500kg bags x 3 because then I get free shipping. And I use it all up and order more, so it makes sense to get the bigger packs which are cheaper per kg.
I used to use Xylitol but moved to Erythritol because it has zero GI. I have not experienced any problems with taking it. Goes well in kale shakes and sugar free Keto cookies. When making sugar free chocolate, I put it in a blender for about 20 - 30 seconds and it turns to dust so it is very fine and goes fine in chocolate but it has a cool feel to it so I usually also use Sweetleaf Stevia Drops and Monk Fruit Extract drops which all together makes a very good sweet taste. Started a Keto Diet ( Or lifestyle) few months ago and Stopped for good the aspartame (carbs!!)
