Whipped Topping Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons gelatine
75 ml water
8 teaspoons of Naturally Sweet Xylitol
1/4 teaspoons of vanilla
1/4 cups chilled evaporated skim milk

Method:

Sprinkle gelatine in a small pan over water and heat slowly, stirring until the gelatine dissolves.
Pour into a small mixing bowl, add xylitol and vanilla essence.
Allow mixture to cool.
Add chilled milk and beat at high speed until very thick.
Cover & refrigerate.
