Weight loss tip: choose the right foods

Many people associate weight loss with feeling hungry all the time, but this does not have to be the case.

You need a range of different foods to stay energised and healthy - if you go to bed with a growling stomach every night, then this is bound to impact on your wellbeing, not to mention be hard to sustain over the long term.
