Vegan, Gluten free and absolutely scrumptious!

The lovely Alicia from @feedthatblonde has done done it again with her toasted coconut fudge recipe.

Makes 12 squares

100 grams macadamia butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Sweet Leaf Maple Flavoured Syrup
1/4 cup coconut flour
3 tbsp toasted coconut
2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp Naturally Sweet Stevia

Combine macadamia butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
Add coconut flour, toasted coconut, protein powder and stevia. Combine well.
Transfer to a mini loaf tin or container lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp coconut sugar and more toasted coconut.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
Slice into pieces and serve or store in the fridge.
