Low Calorie Sweet Whipped Cream Recipe

Low fat, low calorie and delicious with strawberries and other goodies!

Ingredients:

1 500g low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup of Naturally Sweet Xylitol
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:

Beat cottage cheese until very smooth, add xylitol and vanilla essence
Beat until dissolved
Refrigerate Serves 10
