- 4 apples peeled and cored, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, or 1 pat of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg
- 2 full droppers English Toffee Sweet Drops™
Turn burner on medium. Add oil or butter to skillet and heat. Once the oil/butter is hot, add apples. Sautée apples until soft. Stir in all other ingredients, serve warm.
