  • 4 apples peeled and cored, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, or 1 pat of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 2 full droppers English Toffee Sweet Drops


Turn burner on medium.  Add oil or butter to skillet and heat.  Once the oil/butter is hot, add apples.  Sautée apples until soft. Stir in all other ingredients, serve warm.
