Sugar Free Minty Green Protein Shake Recipe

The protein and fiber in this sugar free minty green protein shake recipe will keep you satisfied until your next meal. The green colour might be something to get used to, but the taste is one that you won’t want to miss!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 10-12 drops of Peppermint Sweet Drops
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: cacao nibs

Method:

Place avocado, spinach, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the Peppermint Sweet Drops, extract and ice and blend until thick. Taste and adjust stevia as needed. Serves 1.
