Sugar Free Cookie Dough Dip RecipeMake this Sugar Free Cookie Dough Dip Recipe for all the flavour of traditional cookie dough but  it is safe to eat! No eggs included in this tasty make over. Made completely sugar free and low carb too! Eat it with a spoon or enjoy with your favorite sugar free cookies to dip!

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter, unsweetened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Method:

Add the cream cheese to a stand mixer along with vanilla extract and add 1 teaspoon of Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops. Blend until smooth. Blend in the sunbutter and salt until combined. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and blend in the butter. Taste and adjust stevia if needed. Gently stir in the chocolate chips. Makes 2 cups. Keep refrigerated.

    Oh wow, this in a "normal" recipe would totally bring me undone, full of sugar and flour and all the yummy addictive bad stuff. I can't wait to try this, and when it is as good as it looks and sounds, it will feature on my Christmas nibblies menu!
