Strawberry Smoothie Xylitol Recipe

This is a delicious, thick and rich drink, and offers a healthy way to start your Strawberry Smoothieday!

Ingredients:

2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 ½ tablespoons lecithin granules
4 tablespoons Naturally Sweet Xylitol
3 tablespoons golden flax seeds, ground
10 ounces frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 ¼ cups ice water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender, process until smooth and creamy.

Yield:  4 cups

Cal: 134 Carbs: 23.3g Fiber: 4g
Fat: 4.8g Sodium: 36.4mg Net Carbs: 8.7g
