Pate a Choux Recipe

pate chouxIngredients:

1 cup milk
8 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tsp. salt
15 pkt. SweetLeaf Stevia® Sweetener
1 cup All-purpose flour
4 large eggs

Method:

Combine the milk, butter and salt in a large sauce pan, add stevia and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly stir in the flour all at once. Using a wooden spatula, transfer the mixture to an electric mixer fitted with a paddle. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
