Ingredients :

Oats -1 Cup
Refined Flour- ½ Cup
Butter – ½  Cup
Baking Soda – ¼ Teaspoon
Baking Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Walnuts chopped roughly – ½ Cup
Cinnamon Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Egg -1
Naturally Sweet Stevia Blend – 2 tablespoons (25 gms)


Combine all dry ingredients together
Combine the wet ingredients and beat well
Mix the dry & wet ingredients together and knead into a dough
Break into golf ball size portions and flatten on the palm.
Transfer on to the baking tray, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top
Bake for 12 - 14 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180C.
