Oat and Banana Loaf Recipe

Try this great new Stevia recipe.


Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
Oats - 1 Cup
Dry Ginger Powder - 2 Teaspoons
Baking Soda - 1 Teaspoon
Naturally Sweet Stevia Blend - 4 Tablespoons
Vegetable Oil - ½ Cup
Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
Thick Yogurt - 2 Tablespoons
Bananas - 3 Medium Sized


Peel & mash the Bananas, mixing it well with lemon juice and set aside.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Mix the Oil, Yogurt and Bananas, beating it well.
Combine the dry & wet ingredients, folding gently and pour into a greased bread loaf tin.
Bake for 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 1800C. Check with a knife coming out clean.
