This recipe is gluten and casein free.
Ingredients :
Rice flour - 145 gms
Finger millet flour – 145 gms
Banana – 1 medium (approx 120 gms)
Coco powder – 50 gms
Baking Soda – 1 ½ teaspoon
Naturally Sweet Stevia Blend - 170 gms
Eggs - 5
Vegetable oil – 275 m
Method :
Combine all dry ingredients together.
Combine the wet ingredients and beat well.
Mix the dry & wet ingredients together and fold them together.
Transfer the batter in a 8” baking pan.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180*C.
Serves :
Makes about 1 kg cake.
You get around 20 slices.
