Cherry Ice Cream Xylitol Recipe

Ingredients:Cherry Ice Cream Xyltiol Recipe

250 grams cherries, pitted
100 grams Naturally Sweet Xylitol (see Notes)
100 grams cooking cream or thickened cream
1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
roasted nuts, ground for topping (optional but recommended)
mint leaves (optional for garnish)


In a stand up mini chopper, grind cherries until smooth; set aside.
Combine cherries, Naturally Sweet Products Xylitol (or sugar), cream and lemon juice.
Pour into Ice Cream Machine through shoot with blades on.
Run for approximately 30 minutes.
Remove freezer bowl; cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer overnight.
Remove, scoop, cover with nuts and enjoy! (see Notes)

Feel Free to substitute equal amount of sugar
