Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gelatine
- 75 ml water
- 8 teaspoons of xylitol
- 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1/4 cups chilled evaporated skim milk
Method:
- Sprinkle gelatine in a small pan over water and heat slowly, stirring until the gelatine dissolves.
- Pour into a small mixing bowl, add xylitol and vanilla essence.
- Allow mixture to cool.
- Add chilled milk and beat at high speed until very thick.
- Cover & refrigerate.
