German Apple Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized egg
- 6 teaspoons of skim milk
- 3 teaspoons xylitol
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 slice of white bread, made into breadcrumbs
- 1 small apple, peeled and grated
Method:
- Combine egg, milk, xylitol and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs and beat with a whisk or fork for 1 minute.
- Pour into a heated, non-stick pie dish.
- Arrange apple on top.
- Bake in a hot oven (220C) for 3-4 mins until set.
- Remove from oven, fold in half and serve
