Ingredients:
- 80g plain flour
- 3 teaspoons Naturally Sweet xylitol
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 small to medium sliced bananas
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Method:
- Combine the flour, xylitol, eggs & milk.
- Heat a large non-stick fry pan.
- Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the pan & cook until browned.
- Turn & cook the other side.
- Repeat, making 4 crepes.
- Arrange on a plate, put the banana on top of each one & drizzle with maple syrup.
